Mim Senft has 25+ years of corporate experience in project management, benefits design, health and wellbeing program strategy and implementation. She had oversight of strategy under the Optum umbrella for the Goldman Sachs Wellness Program and has worked with more than 70+ national and international clients. She holds certifications in group benefits, worksite wellness and property casualty insurance. 

Mim is a keynote speaker and facilitator for national and international conferences. She has also led corporate events, workshops and think tanks using an evidenced-based approach in the U.S.,Europe and Asia.

She is a co-founder of Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), a U.S. based non profit dedicated to empowering more healthy female leaders at all levels for a more sustainable world. She is a member of the National Wellness Institute and served on the Board of Directors; was a member of The Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness at Work Initiative, from 2015 to Feb. 2021; Advisory Board Member for the Women Business Collaborative (WBC), and co-chairs the Orange County Chamber of Commerce Wellness At Work Initiative.


Karina Muller MBA, Managing Director of Motivity Care and founder of Maripossa Wellness. She’s worked in a variety of industries, including international entertainment, sports and fashion and has certified expertise in workplace wellness, corporate wellness, and stress management. She has developed corporate wellness and mental health educational programming and workshops for companies in all types of industries in the USA, Europe, South America, Asia and the Middle East.


Dr. Dale Atkins is a licensed psychologist who has more than 45 years of experience as a relationship expert focusing on caregiving, families, wellness, aging well, life’s transitions, managing stress, and living a balanced, meaningful life. She is the author of 7 books, most recently, The Kindness Advantage: Cultivating Compassionate and Connected Children (co-authored with Amanda Salzhauer) www.thekindnessadvantagebook.com

Among the many accolades for The Kindness Advantage, is that it was chosen by Greater Good Magazine as one of the 10 best parenting books of 2018 and by Huffington Post as one of the best books to teach kindness in 2019. In addition to writing books, Dr. Atkins has written many chapters, articles, and journals for popular and professional audiences she lectures worldwide, often about raising responsible, kind children and adapting to life’s challenges in healthy ways. Dr. Atkins co-created and hosted “Dr. Dale’s Life Issues,” (48 episodes shown on JTN and PBS). She is a recurring guest expert in the media who, for the past 17 years, frequently appeared on NBC’s “TODAY” show and CNN. During the pandemic, she hosted and moderated several forums for educators, parents, business leaders, and community action organizations on issues related to caregiving, stress and resiliency.

 

Dr. Atkins is an active volunteer in her community.  Dale and her dog, Samson are a certified dog therapy team who have participated in a public school readers’ program as well visitation programs at both day and residential facilities for people who have Alzheimer’s. She sits on several non-profit boards whose foci are literacy, tolerance, women’s health and wellness, child protection, and community action. Dr. Atkins has been recognized locally and nationally for her philanthropic work. She has a private practice in NYC and lives in CT.
