In Conversation… with Frank Schaeffer • Episode 225 • Amri Kibbler

Frank Schaeffer In Conversation with HeyMama Co-Founder & Chief Community Officer, Amri Kibbler, exploring her work raising the visibility for motherhood everywhere.

As the founder of a motherhood focused company, I hear all the time how difficult it can be logistically, financially and emotionally to re-enter the work force after a career gap. There are a lot of fears around money, needing new skills, juggling childcare while gaining experience, and for many of us motherhood bubbled up the desire to shift careers and try something new. All of these (and many more) are reasons I’m thrilled to announce an incredible partnership with MullenLowe U.S. and HeyMama as we officially launch MOMTERNSHIPS.

MOMTERNSHIPS is 10-week internship program designed to support moms who want to return to work by way of mentorship, coaching, networking and on-the-job training. The first-of-its-kind initiative seeks to center the experiences of working mothers to address how they have been disproportionately impacted in the workforce, both historically and today.

A big thank you to Erica Samadani and the MullenLowe U.S. team for leading this initiative with us!
