Keaton Andreas is a systems thinker and change manager that cares deeply about making a measurable impact in the world, currently serving as the Director of Admissions at Pacific School of Religion. His varied education in both Organizational Development and Intercultural Studies has given him key skills in creating organizational change, mentoring individuals to lead, as well as the empathic listening skills necessary to serve in my various roles. He carries a decade of professional experience where he has developed skills in change management, recruitment, project management, leadership development, and the methodologies to support these skills. When not at work Keaton enjoys fly fishing and jiu-jitsu. He lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with his wife and daughter (with one more on the way).
